This year we're taking over the Westminster Park Plaza, London in the trendy Southbank. The hotel is just a short walk from Waterloo station accessible from both the Underground (Bakerloo, Northern & Jubilee lines) and National Rail trains. Find out full details here.

Your two-day all-access pass lets you into all speaker sessions, workshops, panel discussions and the exhibition hall; as well as free networking drinks at the end of Day 1. You then are invited to the official after-party in the evening to wind down and chat with your new connections in a more relaxed environment. All coffee, tea, snacks and lunches are provided free of charge. Book your ticket here.
Your ticket confirmation will be emailed to you when you book, we'll also re-send this to you as the conference date approaches. You collect your ticket from the registration desk which will be open from 8AM on Tuesday 25th October. Bring some photo ID so you can collect your badge, which will need to be worn at all times during the event.
We have a discounted accommodation rate at the Westminster Park Plaza, and a couple more hotels that are close by. We recommend staying onsite at the Park Plaza to increase your networking potential, relax in luxurious surroundings and save with our exclusive delegate rates.
Unfortunately we can't pay for travel expenses, but the centrally located Westminster Park Plaza is an ideal location to access easily via a range of transport options to suit your requirements and budget.
